The X-files stories are my oldest online fanfiction, and I keep them up more for posterity than anything else. I'd like to think I've come a little ways as a writer since I penned them. Still, there are elements I remain proud of. In particular, the Future Horizons duology earned a few loyal fans, and I've brought some of those original characters back, in a Sentinel story, and more recently a cameo in Illicit Miracles.
And The X-files itself? I only just saw the finale (it's early 2003 as I write this, so I'm a bit out of date) and, well...the first few seasons were great TV, weren't they?
Future Horizons and Horizons: Homecoming
Terry Guss is the newest agent assigned to the X-Files division, where he
soon finds that all of the mysteries they investigate, the greatest is that
of their Director, Fox Mulder. And though they might have found the solution
to his enigma in Dana Scully, there are other questions out there that they
have yet to learn the answers...
